Hey guys I'm looking for a cabin to purchase in Northern Ontario can be on leased land or LUP looking for something north of the sudbury area if anyone has anything or knows of anything out there that would be great

What are your requirements? Acreage? Waterfront? Size? Price? Neighbors? Access?

I'm not to picky looking for something on a lake size of the lot doesn't matter much, I would prefer seasonal road acces but if it is only accessible by boat that would be fine as well. I don't mind neighbors but don't want to be sitting on top of them. Price all depends on what I'm getting. I'm looking for something rustic and is somewhat remote and could use some TLC

I have a leased lot 40km north of Wawa waterfront property. Started to build got an outhouse shed and got footings and beams in for a 16x24 cabin. Have trusses up and windows and patio door. Let me know if you’re interested

To Princelake, I've come across your post a few times and I've been looking at Kabenung lake for quite some time. Just joined the forum to ask if your still selling.
PS, I'm in SSM. Any chance that is the Prince Lake near here?

Hey I use to live on prince lake which is out by grow cap. I moved into town last year. If you followed a few of my past posts and I moved forward with building a cabin on my lot. I have the metal on now and will be doing the soffit/fascia before winter. Anything is for sale for the right price. If you want to start from scratch there are other empty lots for lease. There typically is the odd camp here and there for sale but there is next to nothing this year. People must want to hold on to their getaways with all this covid going on
