The one on the left with the fern like leaves is a mimosa tree. I've seen the other before but I don't know the name. I consider both a nuisance. Mimosas can be pretty until the fluff from the flowers go everywhere and then you have mimosa trees popping up all over too.

Hey thanks! My neighbor thinks that one is Acacia, the leaves look very similar to the Mimosa. The other is still a mystery.

How about taking the samples to a local nursery and asking them?

Yes, I'll try that thanks. I did find out that Acasia and Mimosa are the same thing apparently. And as etjohnson said, unless you're prepared for a lot full of them, might want to avoid.

Pull both up by roots and destroy. You do not want to be infested by these invasive species.
