Happy New Year to you too naturelover66. We have a neighbour who ploughs our two driveways but we still need to hand shovel the walkways. I'm thinking next year we may invest in a snow blower to do that job!

Chautauqua County NY. This is classic "Lake effect" snow. Cold dry air sucks up moisture from un-frozen Lake Erie, then dumps it when it gets inland on high cold ridge.
