Would be nice to see some winter scenery pictures from cabin life. I will get to the cabin this weekend and take a few pictures to share. Just got about 4 inches of the beautiful white stuff so should make for some nice shots.

Yep I hear yah! I live close and can really go when I want to but I miss when I can't be there also. I started this because I was looking at some old pictures of winter at the cabin.
Great pictures of winter at the cabin. Thanks

Here is a 30 second video of our cabin in the winter... even though it was taken last year, it looks like this right now. We've had only a little snow in Virginia this year.

Here is mine. Can not wait to get back there. It sucks being 1400 miles away from where you want to be.

Great pics! I haven't been to my cabin since Christmas and we had no snow then. I'm going up in a couple weeks and always look forward to how much snow is on the ground!

Here are few winter pictures from today. Not much snow and the creeks are running hard. River in the back ground still froze over but is open in many places. Walking in today. Picture from outside the shack

Laser Boy >>that is a lot of snow but doesn't look like you had any trouble getting in.
We don't have near that snow cover but I drive to a point and walk in. Most year I snow shoe in. Very nice pictures!

This was my driveway, I was standing on snow, most of that section of the driveway was 5-6 feet deep drifts.
The dog playing in the yard.
This was the worst winter storm I've seen here. Over 3 days we had snow, then winds, then more snow with winds.

Looks like tough sledding for sure and never fun when they come like that. I've seen many like that but here it has been a calm silent winter so far and hope it stays that way. LOL
