I dug mine up today. 4 ft by 8 ft. Concrete tank. 2 inch outlet poly pipe. I suspect no real leach field. Creek about 200 ft away. No smells or wet spots.

Thinking this dry well or seep pit. I guess it is grandfathered.
Mostly crap soil with maybe three ft above bedrock.
I guess I have room for two 70 ft trenches. Better then putting it directly into ground water. Here in bc I think they make you get an engineer to upgrade it etc. Too risky to get govt involved.
