So I'm building a 10x16 post and beam cabin, well insulated. I'll have a Vermont Casting Resolute for heat.
I wanted a back up, thermostat controlled propane heater to use occasionally so the belonging don't freeze while I'm gone.

I was talking to my friend helping me with the build and he said they make heaters and cook tops all in one.
Does anyone have any recommendations on brands and where to look for such items for a small cabin?

Thanks.

Wallas is one brand. Made in Finland I believe. They burn diesel, made for boats and RV's. Expensive!!!

The Resolute is a nice stove but kind of big for a 10x16, isn't it?
