My wood stove and inside pipe, Dura Vent thru-wall kit, and outside stack got here this week and we will be heading to the cabin this weekend to install. It's supposed to get down to 24 degrees Friday night so we have to go and blow the water lines and pump out so I figured I should try to install the stove while we were at it since it's a 600 mile round trip.
Hopefully we will get it finished and be able to make some sort of report. I will get some concrete board and tile for it to sit on, maybe on a slightly elevated 2x4 platform. Just in case I have a Mr. Heater Buddy with hose for big tank, hopefully it will heat an insulated 288 sq ft cabin or my wife is gonna kill me!
