Hey can I put my propane cook top inside my wood stove?

Seriously, there are wood stoves/propane combos, right? Could a propane burner be added to a wood stove? Would it heat much? My wood stove has a dual chamber with a fan that circulates air once the firebox is hot.

From what I've read you can't really have both fuel sources operating in one stove (if that's what I think you're asking). The wood fire would destroy the propane burners.

However, you can convert a wood stove into a propane stove.

Thanks rockies. Yep that's what I was thinking/hoping. What I often do now is set my propane torch pointing into the stove untill the wood gets cooking. I suppose it might be possible to have a removable burner arrangement that could be removed for wood burning.
