I don't know about the company, so I'll leave it at that. The solar system has a couple of things I'd point out...

They advertise this as a 12,000 watt system...

8x100w panels, no mounting hardware of any sort
Inverter: Brand ??
Output Wave Form Modified Sinewave
Input voltage range 10-15 VDC
6000 watts continuous power
12000 watts peak power

Solar Controller appears to be an 60a eTracer by EPSolar, see attached zoomed clip from their ad.

Batteries ? 8x 12v Flooded Lead Acid ? or and no brand ?

Talk to them and see if they can give you the specific details on parts, plus rail / mounting kit etc... Then compare a few other "kits".

run for the hills.

that system is old, worn out and ugly. and you haven't even installed it yet.

its 600 bucks worth of panels. 250 solar control.
and I wouldn't touch the batteries or the inverter with a 19 ft pole.

Don't even go see the system online again.
