WoW! Nice! You know those kids are going to thank you like crazy in about 30 years from now.
And the fried bologna and cheese rocks too! I like mine nice and crispy.

I am still working on my cabin and this year will be putting in an outdoor shower and sawdust latrine.

In the meantime I'm doing interior work, bunks cabinets, etc. Electric is 12V battery and 115v generator.

Most regular gas kitchen ranges can be set up for propane. Ive used regular full sized ones, also apartment sized, which are narrower, and Ive used a 3 burner gas range with small oven from a camper that I had a cabinet maker make a base for. The last has storage underneath. I have my kitchen counters made 2" taller than standard, it helps most of us guys backs, and doesn't seem to be a problem with shorter people.

A pitcher pump set up over a larger water storage container or drum may be easier to handle then one set up high if you wanted more water capacity. If you have a generator or basic solar, you can use a 12v RV water pump, either to pressure up a system, or to pump water up to fill your gravity tank. Just a few thoughts.
