Small solar for trailer. Suns out on panel batteries oars fully charged. No sun batteries have no charge. Is it bad batteries or bad charge controller?

Time to get out the multi meter and start seeing where your juice went.

First, what type of batteries? Flooded? If so check sp.gr.to check charge.

2nd, you didn't state if there are loads that are draining power?

3rd, if you mean the voltage looks good on a sunny day but at night the voltage looks bad, probably a good chance of bad batteries...

We need more info...

yes more info, but do you have a charge controller? Your not running direct from your panels to your batteries are you? I learned the hard/expensive way once when I was just learning that batteries don't like that much. They will discharge back through the panels when there is no sun.
