Does anyone know of a source for a fitting that adapts from piping to a propane coleman lantern. Does the lantern do it's own regulation, of would I need to regulate at my 20 lb. cylinder?

I was also looking for such propane fitting adapter some time ago - couldn't find it...
Also I was looking for another way around fitting, i.e. to connect a small Coleman propane tank to the standard propane BBQ in case of emergency when the main tank runs out of propane - no luck either...
Post here if you find anything.
Thanks.
