How close do the specs have to be on two different manufacturers' solar panels to allow you to wire them in parallel to the same charge controller?

I have 2 100w mono panels (1 Renogy, 1 WindyNation) that I'd like to connect to a Morningstar (non-MPPT) cc. The specs are:

Panel 1:
Voc 22.1
Isc 5.91
Vmp 18.0
Imp 5.56

Panel 2:
Voc 22.5
Isc 5.75
Vmp 18.9
Imp 5.29

Is this close enough to not matter?

[Needless to say, this is part of a 12v system]

Rule of thumb =

Connecting in series, the Imp should be within 10%, within 5% is better

Connecting in parallel, the Vmp should be within 10%, within 5% is better

18.0/18.9=0.952

Sounds like I'm good to go.

Thanks much!
