Greetings!
My 12 x 20 cabin is four years old, and I'm upgrading! I've run and ad hoc 12v system at the cabin to supplement my solar system (3 x 100 w panels + batts + inverter) since day one, but now I'm adding a 12v system at the cabin (putting panels on the roof).
I've been searching for indoor lighting fixtures with next to zero luck (found a few on campers world). Anybody got a source?
Latest piccy of my sweet cabin attached. Just arrived, spring 2016.

Your cabin looks great! By the looks of it you are a handy person. I see you are from the States, but in Canada, Canadian Tire sells 12v LED bulbs with the two pins. They also sell the two wire push in receptacle for them. These are also readily available on Amazon or eBay. I have bought a number of these and made my own rustic fixtures out of logs or pieces of wood. They are really bright and work great and use minimal energy. In fact I just installed two more my last trip up on my porch on the front of my cottage. In my sauna I just bored holes big enough to set them in on my ridge beam. They are like pot lights. Just a thought for you. I can try and find some pictures if you are interested.

Hey Portia
I made my own 12 volt lights from bulk LEDs. You can buy LEDs on a 5m roll on eBay for about $6. These strips can be cut and installed into standard light fixtures with some rewiring.
I demo this idea in this video

Thanks, folks! Glad you like my cabin.
I should have been more clear: I'm looking for fixtures, specifically wall sconces / pin-ups. Bulbs I can get (and sockets), and I alas don't have the time to devote to making fixtures.

IMO you are doing this backwards - check out ebay for E26 base 12v LED bulbs - lots of options available. These are standard base (for NA). This means you can use standard fixtures from any store. I purchased a 10 pack about three years ago while building. I'm still just using construction fixtures (the really cheap ones) from HD until my wife gets around to picking what she wants. I did pick up some patio fixtures for the deck.

I bought a 16' reel of 12 volt LED's on amazon for $12.00 it has sticky side -pulled the tape off & stuck it to center of room been there over 6 months wired it to a (lawnmower start battery) $19.oo at W/mt. with a snap switch. $2.50 @ w/mt. not a problem also look at West marine catalog they sell some cool LED step lights,$13.oo, also RV/Camping places have lots of LED fixtures you might like. I did a double one over my sink.12 volt.

Thanks, razmichael, that seems the way to go.
Thanks also sparky1 -- I've done the same thing. Works great, just not what I'm looking for this time.
