is there any difference in recharge time to my battery bank in eco mode vs. regular mode?

I'm recharging with a cheap schumacher 15A battery charger on the "fast" recharge setting. The symbol for the speed charge is a running rabbit. The other symbol is a turtle for slower (deeper?) charging, while the third is a snowflake...for trickle charging i think and winter storage of batteries.

I'm a total newbie at this but I am very happy with my system. It's brought me two good years of cabin living but like you I want to make sure im making the best use of things.

Thanks!

In "eco"modethe engine only runs fast enough to supply the needed 120 VAC output. So, no, really no difference in charge speed as that depends only upon the charger settings. Full throttle is a waste of gas with a small battery charger like you have.
