I haven't looked into the possibilities or clearances of doing this but i wonder if it's possible. I think my cabin has enough combustion intake air for the few short minutes per day to spray and rinse dirty dishes but i am seeking info to see if these systems can be mounted in a cabinet under a kitchen counter.

it should MOST definitely be vented to the outside..what's the Model?'what does it say.

There is a lot of heat in the exhaust even tho they can be efficient. I would not want to trap that under a counter. Personally I would not want the exhaust gases in the cabin at all; for my own breathing. The burner also consumes air, O2 specifically. Codes limit the use of a non vented water heater for safety reasons.

Having not used hot water in dish washing or clothing for over 10 years now, cold water, a good scrub pad and Dawn detergent have done the job with no worries and no water spots for doing the dishes and Cold Water ALL is a good detergent for clothing.

Yes of course it would vented to the outside. I don't own one to know if it can fit under a counter yet. I will try to look up manufacturer info but I'm wondering if anyone has done this. Thx in advance

Camp Chef makes the Triton 5L, have a new one in the box I have never used, with proper venting will work fine in or outdoorsl

We installed this one in our cabin and has worked flawless pipe in right over the toilet.
