How do I connect a Dometic DMC4081CFRH 12V Fridge to a 12V battery? I'm assuming that there is probably a fuse needed as well.

There are 12v sockets with lead connectors you can get on Amazon.

They also come with inline fuses too.

Fwiw, I dont have one but have messed about with a lot of stuff.
Be aware that the type of connector, wires and fuse will depend upon the max load the unit will draw. Use At Least the gauge and type wire the manufacturer recommends!
Looking at the document provided above I see that they have conveniently provided +/-/grd terminals to attach to. They also tell what wire and max length you should adhere to.
With that in mind, connect to your battery (bus bar?) with Ring Terminals properly crimped to the wire, dont use 'gator clamps'.
A fuse should be within 6" of the battery +. I like MRBF fuse blocks.
