I was searching for pictures of those short roofs over garage doors and found out that they are called â€œpentâ€ roofs. List of roof shapes - Wikipedia Pent roof (pentice, skirt roof if carried around the house[4]): A roof appended, thus the name, to the wall of a building and by implication having further roofs or terraces above.
