Any ideas on how to or best way to secure cabin floor to steel I beam skid?

Drill holes in the steel, lag bolt or screew through into the wood.

Depending on how thick the steel is, look into using screws that are self-drilling. The ones with "wings" are best as the wings ream a clearance hole in the wood, then snap off when the wings hit metal.
