these are bespoke fancy pants tiny house kitchens. the designs of which could be easily copied. Essentially they are a sink with an induction cooktop.

You can also buy combos. that include a cooktop, sink and fridge underneath. We have one in one of our motel rooms and it is nice and compact. We purchased ours from Home Hardware but I don't think they carry them anymore. A quick google search found this: https://www.livingdirect.com/kitchenettes/

I have saved this photo. I purchased reclaimed legs off ebay and was going to build something like this with reclaimed wood for sink area
