Before pic is July 2017 and the After is July 2018 (yesterday)
Almost everything is repurposed.
The cabinets were used (off Craigslist) pretty beat up but good enough. We pulled them apart, repaired and painted them.
Counter tops are maple plywood with 3 good coats of porch floor paint.
Backsplash is a piece of sheet metal roofing I found under the cabin.
All new electrical and plumbing..
Granite sink and faucet pulled out of the trash.
Stove was used but refurbished
On to the next thing...

Did you reverse the swing on your fridge doors to make it easier to access it from the kitchen side?

I could but that refrigerator is about 25 (maybe 30) years old so I'm figuring we'll be replacing in the next year or so anyway...
It still works and all but its getting louder and louder.
I did some preventative maintenance on it, cleaned the condenser coil and compressor compartment, cleaned and tightened the electrical connections but the things old, tired and lived a good life...
We're keeping our eyes open for something a little bigger, energy efficient and of course us pre owned.
