Going to add a few interior walls to my cabin.
The floor is exposed concrete. Should I put anything between the concrete and the 2x4 base plate?

We usually just use pressure treated lumber for bottom plates on concrete.....

I've seen a thick plastic/polyethylene film between concrete and wood frame. It seems to be common in house construction / basement finishing.
