What are you guys and girls using as a foundation? The Amish in my area suggests using 4-6 inches of 23A Limestone...
They have built and delivered prebuilt cabins ranging from 12x12 to 16x30. I'm Near West Branch so the winters can get pretty bad.
Any thoughts??

Thank You

No problems. The cabin is 17 yrs old. They are 4 feet below grade. We use it spring summer and fall.

Did you have to pull any permits?
Also, do you have a septic system and power?

Where I am at they want a well/septic system to code and power....

Thanks Again
