My double wall stove pipe and roof jack. Can I insulate around it with fiberglas? 12' from stove.

I dont think so, doesnt it need a support box? Frame in a support box and insulate up to that point.

One of the stove pipe rules is that all black pipe should be 18" distant from any combustible. Factory made chimneys always use insulated pipe through a ceiling or wall. My chimney uses a short length (12") of insulated pipe dropped from the ceiling. Along with that a metal collar rings the insulated pipe like a big washer. There is no wood directly above that within the danger zone.

It uses a metal support box as was mentioned. The upper lengths of insulated pipe rest on that.

Anything else is a fire hazard.
