Am going to be building a 20 by 20 cabin. Am going to have the 2x4's 12inces on center, instead of the standard 16. The cabin will be raised up off the ground. Should I use 2x4's or 2x6's for the roof trusses, and flooring? Am wanting the walls to be 12 feet tall.
What should my material list be? How would you build it?
The cabin is going to have a office in the back, and a guest lobby in the front, so there will be a dividing wall.

why are you doing 12" centers and is that for the floor or for the walls??
What type of foundation are you using?? 2x4's will not work for a floor and will not span 20' that's for sure.

On my 18x20 I'm using 2x6's (12' for 6/12 pitch roof) for roof trusses and doubled 2x8's for the ridge beam with a support wall or post in the middle to support the ridge beam. The roof will have capability for a live load of up to 4' of snow. The floor will have dead load and live load, but I'm pouring concrete. You will probably need 2x10 or 2x12 for the floor.
Why 12" centers for the walls? Why 12' walls?

12 once on center wall, to help make it stronger.
The foundation will be post and beam, as it's in the south so will make a better foundation here.
The 12 foot walls are to give more room, and to help make it look bigger inside.
Was planning on using the 2x4s on the wall, and 2x12s for the floor.

good luck finding straight 2x4x12' I would upgrade your walls to 2x6, if I was building it and frame them on 16" centers

Will change to 2x6's for the walls, and 2x12's for the floor and roof. Am thinking standard 4x4's should work the the post and beam flooring.

I built my 10' x 20' with 4x4 and looking back I would have gone with at least 4x6. I would go with 4 beams under the floor.

For the floor post, am going with 6x6 post. Then 2x6's for the flooring and 2x8 framing. Should work pretty good.
