Hey, here’s an idea! Let’s find some nice dry kindling and nail it all up on the wall right behind the stove or put it inches above the stove pipe bend.

Not defending this because I don't know squat about stove safety, but, that looks like the same Arrow stove that I have. Has a separate fire box inside, blows the hot air through the chamber formed by the outer walls. While my old singe wall stove would get hot enough to burn paint, the Arrow never gets that hot.
