Hello,

I am building a place at the lake. The cabin has a 12/12 pitch roof with bedrooms in the attic. I am currently insulating and looking for some opinions/advice. I have to insulate the part of main floor ceiling before the upper floor starts. There is about 3 feet from the outside wall on both sides. I know I have to insulate and also close it in in the joists. I am wondering the best way to do the vapour barrier. Should I cut a bunch of pieces and try to close off the joists on the inside. It is a bit tough to explain.
