It's a sad sign of how far I've come with this off-grid living business that I have developed an all-consuming desire for this piece of hardware. It is a brass -- not plastic -- two-piece outlet with an O-ring that allows you to drill a hole in your water tank and screw together additional outlets for the tank. I've seen the item pictured here for sale in India and Australia, but none in the U.S. so far. Can anyone direct me to a place where I can order a couple of these bad boys?

If you also want/need the tap portion try Lee Valley tools:
Barrel Tap
I have seen them at some local hardware stores.
