I`m looking for plans for a 16x20 adobe/southwest looking desert cabin. Its hard to find plans with such a small Sq. footage.

I'd say you might have better luck looking for 'casita' plans rather than cabin plans because they're a popular item for people with larger desert homes to build for guests &/or offices.
But 16x20 might still be on the small side even for a casita, so you might do better just researching adobe construction methods and applying them to a floor plan you come up with to suit your needs.
Per your later comments, if what you really want are pictures for inspiration, be sure to use the search terms desert and/or adobe casitas under google images because otherwise I suspect you'd probably just get hundreds of pics of Casita travel trailers in your results.
