Hi All !! I've been scouring the net looking for a plan for a 16x16 A-frame with 4 foot knee walls on the first floor . Any ideas ? Thanks

an a-frame like that has the potential to put a lot of horizontal force on the side wall tops. depends on how everything is designed / tied together. IMO, once you start thinking like adding kneewalls to the main floor you are better off building a normal one floor cabin and maybe building a small loft if you want/need some extra space.

Hi Rick

We built our 10 x 12 in that style.
But then again, 10 x 12 is rather forgiving as opposed to a 16 x 16....
