HopefulHomemaker Member	# Posted: 9 Jun 2012 11:36pm Reply Does anyone know if NY requires the floors of cabins (residences, not recreational cabins) to be insulated? How hard would it be to insulate the floor of a prefab that's up on 12-18" piers?
