This is for a small structure. 10x16.
For example.
If you were doing a 12' wall that required 16oc, can you do the following?
2x6 framing, go double 2x6 24" on center, instead of 16 or 12?
The reason being leaving it uninsulated and no wall finish inside you could make it look better I think with the double 2x6 24oc.

With no insulation why do 2x6? You could also do 19.2" OC. Typicaly that's marked with a diamond on a tape measure.
I have a little shabin(10x14) in central NY that has a 4x4 at each corner then one every 4-5ft. The rest of the wall is the back of the board and batten siding. So I guess technically it's a 2x4 every 2ft but that's not really how lumber spans work. You cant just double the span and double the vertical stud in that section.
If you could tell us more about where it's going to be and what you expect out of it maybe that would help.
