All my cabin wiring is outside the walls, all low voltage DC except for a couple of extension cords from inverter to TV and microwave.
I have not put any in raceways yet. Things have settle down now as far as making changes, like to see some wall raceway options.

Just an idea so no pics. Ive thought about making something that would be kinda like a 'plate rail'. It would be open on the top, wire made to lay or clip in, totally accessible and, for our place, match the rustic wood interior. It would probably make a great racetrack for mice too...

I've been thinking of one that is open where it faces the wall, and snaps into place, sort of like a curtain rod. To add or subtract a wire just snap it off and back on. Maybe router out some 1x1, unless you can buy it already.

When I redid the plumbing in our house, I ran all the new pex pipe in a "raceway" made by spacing the baseboard moldings out an inch with a filler strip on top.

Another good idea. I made the baseboards thin at the cabin, we track in so much wood duff and dust that everything gets coated with it. And I'm a terrible housekeeper..
