How do I secure a conduit body to keep it from pulling out of the hole and away from the wall? I can't find anything to secure the "nub" that goes through the wall to keep the body tight against the wall.

Conduit straps?
The real question an inspector will question is how it the perforation weather proofed?

Aware of straps, but thought there would be something on the inside to keep it from pulling away even a little bit. No code enforcement where I am, but what's the "code" way of sealing the entry point?

For PVC Condiuts I've always used the PVC Clamps and for EMT the metal clamps to go with them... Available where conduit pipes are sold.

What kind of wall surface?
Is this already done and wired and now wondering what to do, or is this still in the planning stage?

Not sure of your orientation, but if is a section of round conduit, slide a hose clamp over it and tighten it so that it’s against the inside surface you don’t want it pulling out of. Maybe I’m misunderstanding, but hopefully being helpful.

I secure the conduit body where the conduit goes in. You can also get conduit bodies with mounts too. A single gang box with mount ears, screw it down and put a blank cover over it, then through back of the back box against outside wall, add the pass through conduit and secure it with a nut. No knockout, drill a hole with a hole saw.
Add a nice bead of sealer at perforation and I like to add a nice seal across top and sides of the box, seals, plus blends it all together once painted, leave bottom open for any moisture to find its way out.
The oval conduit bodies are more compact, so secure it with a strap as close to the body as you can. Seal perforation same way.

Planning stages. Surface is g-rib metal siding. Conduit body will be positioned between ribs.
Tim, thought about using a hose clamp. Seems like a pretty good solution.

I would be using PVC conduit if it was my job. I would probably do like toyota_mdt_tech suggested and find a PVC box that fit in the flat space. If you are lucky it will have a knock out in the back ready for a fitting. It may have external ears for mounting or screw through the back of the inside. Silicone sealant in and around hole and top and sides. Leave bottom edge to drain possible leaks.  Have paint matched to metal color and it gets pretty much unnoticable.
