That is interesting. Hope it lasts, holds up well and the couple are happy there.
The article states cement. I wonder if it really is just cement or is actually concrete. Although I don’t see how the printer could handle the aggregate portion.

I had seen something like that on youtube. What is basically is is a 3d printer, essentially a CNC type machine and a masonry pump. I believe they added in rebar or mesh manualy at specific intervals.
You could do the same thing manualy if you had enough time.

They are one of several companies doing this now and it is ramping up quickly. Various Companies have their own "formula's" for the mix, some more environmentally neutral than others.

You may have to stretch your imagination some, but there are some similarities in that finished product and the original ranch house the family built here in NM 200+ years ago. Adobe.

That would be nice. Termites good bye. The process of the cement coming out is also soothing. I could watch it all day long.
