Hello all. I have been looking at automatic gate openers. Was hoping to get some feedback from folks who use them. Saw the mighty mule new n improved on Amazon for about 550. For the complete kit with solar panel. Not including battery I would probably use a non lead . Is the marine version worth it? Had good reviews. I lean towards trying to buy the best I can afford. At the time. But believe I could get into this for 800-900 bucks . Does that sound correct?

I've been using the might mule brand for dam near 20 years, very very few issues with them. One is on a 16' stock gate and the other is on a 12' light weight metal tube gate.
