Our cabin name back in 2011:Quoting: Gary O 'Mosquito Flats'as most, pretty self explanitory....did think about 'No Country for Old Men', but I'd miss the place too much............ We now call ours 'home' (same as holyoak2 posted also back in 2011)

We call our olqve "Cedar Hills" or for the farmers market we are "Cedar Hills Homestead". Its called this because we have close to 1000 acres and about 85 % of the trees on the land is Cedar.

In researching my 80 acres, I found that the original 1899 "allotee" was a Muskogee/Creek indian named Sarkinnarne Micco. So in recognition of the first titled owner, I dubbed it as "Micco Creek". Apparently Micco is the Seminole word for "chief", but best I can tell, neither Sarkinnare or his brother Charley were a chief of the Creek Nation.
