Would you recommend using an Osborn brush for these walls or another product? Please link a recommendation as there are so many different options.

Looks like a big job. I would probably use a belt sander but it looks cool as is.

The ripples isn't the problem. If you put your hand on the wall you'll get a splinter. Looking to just knock off the rough parts and seal it. We have been using an orbital sander because the my belt sander is just too bulky. Looking for a simpler solution.
