Sweet !! I really like the stained glass. My mom used to do some glass stuff. I should see if she still has any.

This is ours from last winter. It's a work in progress, it's going to have a green roof eventually.

Bobbo that looks like a nice 'relaxing' view!
After almost 2 years with no handle I finally found the proper piece.
New outhouse handle added a few days ago looks like what????

We used a recycled screen door with glass or screen for the door. Moldering privy style. Been using 4 years now with no problems. Used wide aluminum flashing for the "tube"

Installed step for Porta-Potty. Had some scrap pressure-treated wood, found some old bricks, and got some sand from the dry creek bed. Nice sturdy step! The inspector approved it, too.
BTW - Look closely... The toilet roll holder is also a radio! Potty Inspector

Here's the stained glass window completed in our outhouse. Not the best photos. The two panes are on a sliding track to open up on nice days.

This thread had been a huge inspiration to me. Over 2 weekends I built our outhouse on our land. I'm about 90% done. Just have to finish the door, trim work, and paint. Here is where I'm at now. Its a 55 gal drum that with be pumped out by the local septic guy every 3-4 months. Had to go a little overkill on the porch being I'm in the snow belt of northern lower Michigan. Didn't want to end up driving 4 hours to shovel 3 ft of snow away from the door to take care of business.

This is a good thread folks are putting thought into their outhouses. Porches, candles, skylights, Customrunner, what a nice walk to your classical tiny outhouse!

Haha, thanks!
I don't save it for the outhouse, but it sure does make it a nice place to be.
