Small Cabin Forum / General Forum / Permanent waterline into lake for water supply line

George Calder Member	# Posted: 14 May 2017 06:01pm Reply  I have a cabin in Canada on a lake island. For the last 50 years, I have pulled the waterline out of the lake, and removed the foot value, and drained it each winter. It is becoming a real chore at my age! Has anyone built a concrete box at waters edge with a permanent water line into a lake, that will survive the winter ice? Thanks!
