Started making some videos this spring /summer, of some of our trips up to the cabin. We're in Michigan, nearest town is Hesperia. About 3 miles of seasonal roads & trails through Manistee National forest land, to get to our place. Thought I would share link to the videos.

Future videos are coming, and I'm going to work on shortening some of the scenes a little bit in next batch. I tend to let things run too long sometimes. If you have any other video /editing advice, share away. I'm kinda a noob.

Here's what the actual cabin looks like. Guess I should move "cabin tour video" up on my list of videos to make. That way people can get a better feel for things.
We have no well, and no power. Completely off grid, and always will be. Outhouse, and generator power for evenings. Propane fridge and 2 burner stove. Wood stove for heat. Haul in drinking water, all other water (dishes, showers) come from the nearby river.

Nice work. I like the slow pace of you editing. Relaxing! We have a off grid place too, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGuSGWaR9LgZwYVvaE3sXIA/videos

The slowness is what I worry about, keeping people interested. But it's relaxing to me too.
