Hey everyone, i have 3 nice wooded lots in fruitland utah for sale, great little spot to build an off the grid cabin, 3500 for the .26 ac, 3500 for the other .26 ac, and 4500 for the .42 ac. WoW! Those are good prices. I tell everyone, but few listen. You should have a small off the grid cabin on a paid for piece of property just in case someday you lose everything that you have.
Now heres 3 lots for the price of a not so good used car. Probably about 100' x 100' or so. Plenty of room for a small cabin, a garden and a few fruit trees.
If I lived in Utah or a 3 hour or so drive from there I would grab one. A 1/4" acre here goes for around 30-40k.

About a 32 hour drive for me

i also have 10 acers where i have my cabin up off of sams wash road thats all i will say ha, i just like to spend more time at the cabin and less in the city so i figure find land for a good deal and sell it and help peoples dreams come true
