Good Day one and all...

I lurked here and then got active over the last year and a bit... Posted a lot of questions and got tons of answers and a lot of options that came along with it. Many things changed quickly some for good reason and other's because external things forced it and there was no option.

I know there have been some head scratching on some of what I been doing/asking about and likely even a few "what was he thinkin" thoughts. The gang here has been absolutely marvelous & very supportive (even when I gave them a headache with the stuff). Heck, I've had a few self Headslap moments and reflections on what was I thinking too !

All in All I wanted to send up a Special Thanks to the gang overall and Special Mention to MtnDon, Don_P, Creeky, Gary O (who makes me smile even when I'm in the lows) and everyone else who's help & input has been invaluable.

VERY SPECIAL THANKS to CabinBuilder who created this excellent Forum and keeps it running !

Dad was a general contractor, he did a lot of stuff on our farm, growing up with all sort's of tools and things to get into. Most memorable was me plucking the tubes out of the RCA Victor TV and seeing what that was all about... Never sawed he legs off anythin though... (not that I'll admit to anyways).

LOL, my Dad was the same, GC then BO, he had also worked in a TV repair shop in college. I remember the TV teardown and him showing me how to discharge the tube capacitor, came in handy several years later when I was in a shop running an RF glue machine, huge caps. No table legs but there was the time I was curious how the engine worked on the family car.

I think most of us are twisting a foot in the dirt and looking down... but smiling, thanks Steve and you're quite welcome, it's not a one way deal at all.
