Well it's been about 2 months that I've had the cabin. Today I went out with my son and we put up a metal bunk bed. It is a good bonding experience cause on the 2 hour drive I end up getting 1 or 2 questions from him that i would probably never get otherwise from a 14 year old.

My bucket trap caught a couple mice and i didn't see a lot of new poop so I hope it keeps em in check.

Went to the woodpile and split a few of the logs that were lying around and they look good. I wasn't sure if they were rotten or not as they look like they sat on the ground a while.

Also brought out my new Honda EU2000i. That generator is great ! Nice and quiet and now I have power

overall a good day at the cabin. Can't wait to get some mattresses so we can finally stay overnight
