We opened our cabin up this past weekend as well! It felt like coming home.
High of 65 degrees and full sun both days. Started a fire at night and fell asleep watching it burn.
The birds were also all busy singing their good morning songs and the morning was crystal clear.
Found a mouse nest in my four wheeler underneath the gages with little pink newborn mice. Nothing we could do about it but move the nest and hope that mama mouse found them.
Sure was great to be back. Can't stop thinking about the next time already.
