I am trying to figure out how to situate my drain and vent lines. I don't have to pass any inspections but I want it to comply with Indiana's plumbing codes. All I have to show my setup is a crude floor plan. The main drain exits the crawl space about 3 feet from the back left corner and runs parallel to the back wall and about 3 feet below floor level. So it comes in under the middle of the tub/shower.
Does anyone have the software or the knowledge and ability to sketch this up and show how to properly run the vent and drain lines?

I don't know if that worked but I have my doubts. I don't know how to get floor plan from photobucket to here.

Grover, I assume the 3" is your drain to the septic.

This is what I'd do. Also the 2 vents on the exterior wall can tie into one vent stack inside the wall through the roof. As for the other interior wall, straight up, either another vent or you may be able to tie it into the existing, but you should run straight through also. If you did die the vent to the other, you'd want a clean out stubb I'd imagine.

I drew the elbows I'd use. As for the drains in the wall, use the actual drain type elbows, they will curve in the direction of water flow. Do not use regulate T's.

I thought the main drain trunk was always 4"???. Sinks will usually be 1 1/4" while tubs and showers use 1 1/2" drains, toilets use 3" drains.

Of course, the sinks etc drains go through the typical trap into the wall behind it to a "drain T" down, while the up parts goes to the vent stack or to a T from several drains to a single vent stack (multiple drains sharing a vent stack).
