A sticky that had the most recent picture of your cabin, and a link to your build would help people looking for ideas and make a index of builds. Just a thought .....

Ok, I thought this was a request for the moderator to build an index. But this will work too. I guess if it was made into a sticky to keep it on top.
Here is my project, from foundation to finished flooring at the end.

Not sure what is the value/point of this thread - the forum's "cabin build index" is Member's Projects and Photos section.

I think I get what Jong is trying to build, and if I understand correctly the idea has merit. If someone comes to the forum looking for cabin design ideas, the "Member's Projects and Photos section" contains this information. But you have to open and review all 300+ threads to determine if the cabin design is something interesting to you.
While the MP&P section contains the same information and much more detail, Jongs idea would create one thread with a picture of every cabin built by forum participants and a link to the corresponding MP&P thread. So if someone is looking for cabin design ideas they could simply browse one massive list of cabin pictures and choose which they are interested in, then click on the detail in MP&P.

TB,
The URL is the web address. For example open the page that has your cabin build on it. Cut and paste that address onto whatever page you load pictures with and there you have it. Once you post, you get what brokeneck or Pa_Bound has, or something very similar. Your cabin build URL is http://www.small-cabin.com/forum/6_1270_0.html . Cut and pasting your address URL into the address area of your browser opens up the page your build "Northern Wisconsin Cabin" is located.
