Just curious, does anyone here, have thier cabin in a foreign country, not so much looking for Canadians in the US or Americans in Canada, but Canadians or Americans in Mexico or the Carribean?
Wife and I would love to buy a little plot of land in the warm south to spend time in the winter, just curious if anyone has done it and has any pointers.
Thanks

my girlfriends father sells land down on the island of roatan in honduras for pretty cheap. im actually looking at picking up a lot myself. not saying you need to buy from him but this should give you an idea of what property down there is worth.
