A small lake in central Alberta.
Two older cabins on a partial quarter plus a 10 acre tip of another quarter section. A nice sometimes seasonal creek going through the property.
We’re bordered by a small subdivision plus an old RV resort, a couple farms and a forested quarter.
No plumbing, just an outhouse. We do have electric lights.
