CabinBuilder, I was once again reviewing the history of this wonderful site and your build. In reading all the post, I sometimes forget that it was your build that brought me here. THANKS!

I appreciate this site as well. Met a lot of good people here.. I click the ads on this site as well. I don't know if that helps the owner pay the bills or not, but it's the best I can do to help.

Quoting: neb It is a great site with great people You know, it has been said quite a few times now, some by members since inception, some by fairly new members, but it's true.
Sites/forums are enjoyable, but this one has a warmth about it that more than stimulates. With CB's gentle moderation coupled with the subject (small cabins), this forum seems to generate more than just info on 'how to'. Cabin people seem to be a gentle sort, no matter their station in life. Maybe it's this desire for natural simplicity that not only brings us together, but opens us up a bit, sharing our situations, desires, set backs to successes.
It just confirms this ol' soul's thought that a simple small cabin fills a lot of voids in this techno world of ours.
I'm not sure CB had this in mind when creating this forum, but it's the only one I have found that is now more of a rendezvous than just a simple posting.
It's always entertaining to see who's tending the fire of a given night......

Thank you all for the kind words.
Yes, this site was originally started as a 'how-to' for the small cabins, but now you, fellow cabin dwellers, are the real inspiration behind it - so many interesting characters and inspiring stories... I'm (mostly) just a casual observer.
